We sadly had a massive flood in our home that caused a huge mess for us physically and emotionally. We attempted to use 2 other contractors and were so unhappy with the professionalism and disregard for our needs. JEM Construction was recommended by a dear friend when we were at what felt like our lowest. Marc and his team were incredible! The process was handled with care and understanding of our family's needs.
Having unexpected construction on all three levels of your home is a lot to handle, especially with three kids and medical issues. Marc and his team were great with keeping the workplace clean and explaining each step of the process. Communication was awesome, and everyone was very transparent with everything. Our budget was respected, and the job was completed in a timely manner.
